| Trial period |
VisualCron offers a trial period with full functionality for 45 days. It is
expected that you use this period for fully testing the product so it meet your
needs - because of this, we only offer refund when changing to a different
VisualCron product. |

| Refund |
We offer refund within 7 days if you have purchased the wrong product and want
to change to another product. |
|
| Transaction fees |
Refunds are subjected to a 5% transaction fee unless the product you want to
exchange to is more expensive that the original one. |

| How do I ask for a refund? |
Use the Contact form and choose that you want to
contact Sales. Please send the following information:
- received activation code(s)
- the name of the product that you want to switch to
Deactivate any used licenses by clicking on Server tab->License->Deactivate. |

| How soon will I get my refund? |
The refund is issued within 2 business days from your original request. |
