I can't connect to the VisualCron server!

Please check the following:

Is the port and address correct?
Open the Windows Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services. In the list of services, locate VisualCron Service. Is the "VisualCron Service" started?
Do you receive any error message? Please report it on the contact web page.

 

The server log file says: Error at clientthread: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The credentials supplied to the package were not recognized

The certificate that VisualCron uses has probably been changed, removed or other security setting has changed in the system. Perform these steps to restore to original state:

1.Download VCCertCleaner
2.Run VCCertCleaner an click on "Clean". A message box shows "Done!". Close the program
3.Go to Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> Services and stop the VisualCron service. Wait a few seconds and then start it again
4.Try to connect again
