The Email notification sends a customized email. The email settings are fetched from the main settings which can be edited from the main menu Server -> Notifications -> Add -> Email notification -> Email notification tab.
Subject
The subject of the email.
From name
Use for example the variable "computer name" to determine the sender.
From email
The from email address. Supply a correct one or some mail servers may consider your mail as spam.
To email(s)
The receivers email address(es).
These options enable sending of email reports when the Job or Task has started, completed or on error.
Note: Remember to enter the general SMTP parameters first, see here for more information.
Message/Body tab
In the text box of the you write the text you want to send.
Attachments tab
A list of the attachments you want to send.
