We would like the email trigger filters/conditions to be able to filter based on whether there is an attachment or not. For example an email trigger would only fire if there was an attachment on the email.

Yes we would like this to. And maybe even to specifiy a filter for the attachmetns. ie only fire if attachment => '*.pdf'
