When an Event Trigger (SQL) trigger encounters an error, such as not being able to contact the database, it currently disables/deactivates itself. I propose that a feature be added to this type of trigger that would tell it NOT to deactivate when encountering this condition. There are a lot of legitimate reasons why VisualCron might get an error during this process and just because this occurred does not mean we want it to give up.
