I installed the webclient piece using IIS Express. The site comes up. When I go to connect a login page appears. The only account that works is admin.

You need to activate Windows authentiction (click on Enable Windows authentication button)

I am using IIS Express version. It shows windows authentication as Yes. However, it only shows me that if I launch visualcron as admin.

You need to Edit the default Server Connection and change it to "Is/use AD". Then try to connect again.
