To reset all passwords and users:
1. stop the VisualCron service (you can right click on the Tray Client)
2. go to Program Files->VisualCron->Settings folder
3. delete the files users.xml and usergroups.xml
4. start the VisualCron service (you can right click on the Tray Client)
5. start the VisualCron client and login with "admin" and a blank password
