Hi there,
My company had VisualCron 5.8.1 installed and working wery well several years, but today server crashed with no chance to be repaired. Now I have:
- completely new server
- installation files VC 5.8.1
- backup of all files of the disk that was done few days ago
I need install VC and restore all settings and jobs that worked on the crashed server. I guess I have to install and replace some config files.
Could you please describe a procedure what I should do? List of files to be replaced? Do I need product key/license number for installation? Where I can get it if needed?

What is important is the settings folder of VisualCron folder.

1. install 5.8.1
2. stop the visualcron service
3. replace the files from the backup with the one in settings folder
4. start visualcron service again
5. as your license is probably old you need to register your company in our new CRM system. Please do this here: http://www.visualcron.com/MyProfile.aspx 
6. after registration, please import your licenses here: http://www.visualcron.com/MyLicenses.aspx 
7. to reset your license please contact sales through the contact sales through the contact page with the activation code you want to reset: http://www.visualcron.com/Contact.aspx

Thank you Henric. It went smoothly until step 6. Link showes me two empty dropdown lists (see the attached screenshot). please explain how to import my license

You need to click on the link "Add existing activation code" and paste in your activation codes. You get them by connecting with the VisualCron Client->Server tab->License->Copy activation code to clipboard.

Let us know if you cannot find all.

According to our database we have a customer similar to your email. And you seem to have 5 licenses. Can't you find one of them?

Your address seem to be different from the registered one too.

Who do you think ordered these licenses from the beginning?

Seems to me, it was Ivan Kovacevic, or might be Igor Dinissuk, both at @optima.net. Most probably Ivan Kovacevic, he's found your company in internet and initiated a purchase. Unfortunately, he resigned couple years ago and I don't have access to his records, so I can't find a license. I also can't get an activation code because this menu is not available.
You know how it's happening - software just working, working until server crash, and then optima's connecting Henric and begging to help ASAP. Please :)

Ok, I have imported the licenses. Please email the activation code to Sales (through Contact page) that you want to reset if needed.

Thanks Henric,
I just did a step 7 of your instruction - connected to sales and sent the activation code and request to reset a license. Should I do anything in my VisualCron client to make it stop asking me to register a trial?
