Ive got 7.1.3. version, without maintenance/priority support. Can i download and update my VisualCron to 7.1.7 (or any other minor 7.X.X), or minor version upgrades also requires to buy maintenance pack?

PS: http://www.visualcron.com/ActivationInfo.aspx here page returns server error, when try to check version info.
