I was trying to run TestClient application to see how VisualCron API worked. However I cannot find app.config in the TestClient folder.

Can you tell where I can get this missing file or if there is another source code that can be downloaded?

It should be located in the folder. I am zipping and attaching it.

  TestClient_exe.zip (1kb) downloaded 69 time(s).
