i have just received the message withing the visual cron console to update/upgrade to 8.12

so i confirmed the system to go ahead and do the upgrade/update but half way installation the system blocks.

how can i unstall myself and reinstall myself the software of course without losing anything ?

It depends on what type of block. If the pocess hangs it is likely during the extraction phase (to temp folder) - but it depends on where in the installation it hangs.

To manually install you extract the exe with 7z or PowerArchiver. Then after first uninstalling VisualCron from Programs and Features you start the VisualCron.msi manually in Administrator mode.
