I'm trying to find out how to register the VisualCron product, on a server that is locked down with no Internet access, in or out. Does anybody know how this can be accomplished?

Please click on Activate and go to Offline activation tab and follow instructions there.

I just tried this, however the offline activation site is saying 'Activation code was not found!'.

How can I get this corrected?

You have to send the Activation code to sales and they will check what's wrong.
