New user here. Windows 7 client. Attempting to export Excel data to a csv.

On the "convert settings" sub tab of the "Excel convert" tab, column start and end boxes expect a number when Excel sheet columns are commonly referred to by a letter. Could you let the user enter a letter OR a number here?

Also please add a row start/end for those cases when we need to skip headers and trailer rows of data files.
