Dear Support,

We are using the version 8.2.7 of Visual Cron, and we have an issue regarding the User impersonation:

In our example you can see that visual cron is using the machine account instead of the requested account (admintfs)

Do you have any idea about this problem ?
Many thanks.

Have you checked Load profile in the Credential?

Please test the combinations;

CreateProcessAsUserW + Logon batch
CreateProcessWithLogonW + logon new credentials

You see these options in the Credential if you enable Extended debug logging in Server settings->Log.

You need to check Load profile in this case. Load profile causes the process to run as a specific user. Without checked it will only get the network rights for that user.

Hello Henrik,

We did it as well but still the same. Do you think this can be related to windows security updates on servers as we have only the issue for few months ?

Thank you,
Best Regards,
Jonathan

I do not. But how are you testing this? A good this is this exe that you can run from Execute Task. It will output current user. Please unblock it after download:
