I have a url HTTPS link like https://........ //Testing?format=csv and when click, it ask for username and password and then the data is downloaded. I am looking of how to set up this task in Visual Cron and your help is appreciated.

It depends on the authentication type that is used by the website. You can try with Windows or Basic authentication. Select this in the Task. Then select a Credential that includes the username and password that is required for accessing the website.
