Getting error "The command socket was disconnected from the FTP server.", when trying to connect to an FTP server using FTP SSL. I am able to connect through Telnet but not through Visual Cron. Need assistance troubleshooting this.
Thanks.

Probably related to connection method. Try switching between explicit/implicit encryption. You should probably use Explicit if you can connect with Telnet (and see commands).

Are you sure the FTP server supports SSL? I mean, is the information encrypted or not when you telnet to that port? Have you tried any other client to connect (like FileZilla)?
