is possible activate a trigger (type file) of a job from a task in another job?

Use the task type: Job/Task Control (under Internal):
1: On the "Job/Task control" tab in the "Action" panel choose "Trigger - Activate Trigger" in the drop down list.
2: In the "Job" panel choose the relevant job
3: If more triggers exist: In the "Trigger panel" choose the relevant trigger
