- I can create a root folder and sub-folder, but when I right-click a job to add it to a folder only the top "favorites" folder is displayed in the popup menu.
- After adding the job to favorites, I can't see how to remove it?
- If I try to delete a root folder that I created and it's sub-folder, the pointer changes to a spinning circle and stays that way. Exiting and entering-same.
- Now I hid folders and can't see where to show them again. D'oh! I can still resize that pane though.
Never mind, found check box in client settings/grid/show job folders. I was expecting a right-click to "show job folders" in that pane since that's where I hid it.

If I am using it wrong please direct me to documentation.

Thanks, Gary

Please re-download and re-install. We fixed an issue with checking favorites menu item and released that change just now. Thanks for the report.

I updated to build 32313. right-click on a job and see all folders. If I press the clear filter button, then right-click on a job, only the favorites menu item appears again.

I went to record a video and it seems to be working today. Interesting. I guess disregard for now.
