Hi Team,

When we restart the services in services.msc, a new jobs.xml (size 1KB) is getting created and the existing jobs.xml file is changed to jobs(1).xml. Thus, the VisualCron looks empty.

Can you please help us on this issue?

Never seen this before. Normally, what could happen is that it get another name like "failed*" but never the name you describe. I advise you to upgrade to see if the problem persists. I do not think VC is creating that file.

Only at VC startup if it has some kind of problems reading properties of a Job. Only during startup.
