Installed 8.4.2 release - same issue
Downgraded to 8.4.1, re-installed web-client - didnt help, not working
Installed 8.4.2 agian, waiting for you suggestions

Problem is surely in WebClient folder - after installing 8.4.2 server and copying there 8.3.2 WebClient folder - everything works.
