We are trying to upgrade our Visualcron site license to the newest version

Our procurement purchesed a maintenance for 2 server licenses

I follow your email on "how to associate the maintenance", however every time I enter the maintenace code and the activation key the only response I get from the site is "could not find maintenance code"

Is there a problem with the maintenance code or did they need to buy maintenance for a site instead of 2 servers? We're only trying to upgrade 2 of the servers on the site.
