I'm getting an error while installing this application on a windows 2008 sp1 machine

It said:

An error occurred while installing. It occurs to be a problem with the WMI service. An URL with information will be open after clicking ok. Error: system.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x800705AF)

Do you know what I could do to fix it? thanks

Ok, what is happening is that we are trying to set some parameters to the VisualCron Service when installing. We are doing this by using the WMI. Something wrong happens here.

First, please open Administrative tools->Computer Management->Services and applications->WMI control

Right click properties on this one. Please attach a screen shot of the advanced properties here.

I would suggest performing a "Repair" of the WMI. There are various guides for that on Internet. For example:
