Anyone know of a way to roll VC back from 5.5.9 to 5.5.5? Is it as easy as just reinstalling the 5.5.5 service (it never is, but thought i would ask)

Do you still have a backup of your settings of v5.5.5? If so it should be easy.
Uninstalling 5.5.9 and installing 5.5.5, import the 5.5.5 settings ovewriting everything.

Unfortunately just found out that my backup job wasn't working cause it was pointing at an invalid directory but didn't have email notification setup.

So i don't have my 5.5.5 settings 😊

I fixed my backup task, but at this point i think i am out of luck yes?

It should not be any big differences in settings. You could uninstall and install 5.5.5.

Can you give me a link to the 5.5.5 installer? it is no longer on the beta forum or download and my local copy of the installer was removed from our server after install.

when i tried to import the settings whether i updated or cleared the previous settings the jobs never came back.

then i reinstalled 5.5.9 and imported and cleared and everything was restored. Something must be in there that doesn't allow it!

well hope the PGP issue gets worked out soon!
