Hello,
Please help me setup the client and the server. I have installed the VC server on one machine. Now I have also installed the Client on another machine which uses Citrix. Now I want to connect to the server. When I click the Connect button on the VC client, it shows error User not present on the Server. Can you help me create the user on the Server and let me know how to connect to that server using Client.

Are you trying to login with AD Credentials or with VisualCron Credentials?

Also, please show a screenshot of the login settings.

I was using the user in AD and which is present on that particular server. I would like to explore the option of users in VC also. Can you please let me know how can I create users in VC and connect from Client using a particular user in VC.

Just go to Server tab->User permissions and add any username/password.
