I'm going to upgrade v.5.5.3 to v.5.7.5
Should I purchase a new version or it will be working under my existing license?

You can check which version your current activation code covers here:

http://www.visualcron.com/ActivationInfo.aspx 

If it does not cover the current renewal (one year of updates and priority support) is $47 per server (you do not have to purchase a new license). The product on the order page is "1 year maintenance for 1 server".
