Hello.

If the server hosting Visual Cron fails, how can we do, to disable the license on this server to activate it on another server?

Hello.

I asked this question only as a preventive measure, to establish a procedure in case of crash.

So, the only solution to this problem is to contact you by email with our activation code so you can unlock it.

Can you tell me approximately the time that can elapse between sending mail and the unlock of the activation code?

Yes, this is the only solution. Normally that is done within a few hours. But, if you install on a new Server you have 45 days of full trial so it should not be a problem.
