Dear all, how can I update a content of a file?

I have read a file with an output like this:

"0,'test@test.it',0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0"

I want to update this file output by replacing @ with #

How can do this operation?

Check variables, section 'File variables'. Read content of file, do a replace and write back to file.
