How to trigger file transfer when files are being delivered with xxxxxxx.zip.filepart, xxxxxxxx.zip.,filepart then file changed to xxxxxxx.zip. have trigger set for file xxxxxx.zip but file transfer never fires

I think if you check Rename as well in the File Trigger it will Trigger. But to be 100% sure of what actions happens you can download this on the server and let it run:
