Hi,
I want to create a task that unlock specific user that locked.
there option to trigger by email (external email of user) with var of his username or or got sms from user to my system and execute the task?

This should be possible with an Email Trigger in VisualCron. Then you can use the Active Directory Tasks to unlock a user.
