Version 8.5.1:

I tested User permissions and a user only belonging to a group with everything unticked is able to unmap a drive.

This seems like a bug.

There is currently no permission related to Network drives at all. I am moving this to Feature requests. There might be some more "new" permissions that we can add at the same time.
