Currently this task pulls any matching text, two things can it check more than one item, for example if looking for "apple" and or "banana" let me know where now it only displays if "apple" exists? Also most importantly we need to know the file name, currently it just displays where its displayed, etc. If we have ten files we need to know which file contains "apple" and which file contains "apple" and or "banana".
