Just thought I'd point this out.
Your active click areas for the 'add/edit copy file item' window is VERY elongated.
It is taking mouse movements all the way across the window for 'Case sensitive' and 'Use file exclusion', for 'Is regex' it extends at least 2 inches to the right of the click box. It's actually messed me up a couple of times cause I didn't realize I'd just activated the 'case sensitive' box when I'd clicked WAY right of the box.

I'm attaching a screenshot with red marked areas that indicate where a user can click on, which I refer to as 'active click area', to activate the boxes associated with action.
I don't think that a user should be able to click on those areas and activate the box.

I see this more as a feature until another control is to the right of these controls. Many applications which anchors set from left to right behave like this. I am not sure how they create a problem for the end user?

In that case, it's inconsistent with the functionality of your other screens.
That's the only reason why I brought this up.
The only reason why it messed me up was because I was trying to see the preview of my mask, but you can't see it until you make changes and deactivate the input box by clicking somewhere else. I happened to click in the areas marked in red in my screenshot and didn't realize it had activated the box.
