Hi

When i run a remote execute task that calls a bat file, the result in standard output is
"Process with Id: xxxx was completed successfully", not the output that the bat file is generated, can you configure VisualCron so it shows the bat file output ?

I'm not sure a 'remote' execute can do this.

You can make your batch file write everthing to a log file and read this logfile wit a file read task instead.

Hi

What is the purpose with the standard output option under task-main settings then ?

Hi Uffe,

This checkbox is for showing you the process id, but that's what you allready know 😊. This task doesn't give you the batchfile's output.

True, remote execute does not support execution output. This is by Windows design. The checkboxes are generic but in this case output is also the output you see "Process with id x was started".
