When using the monitor file trigger using a watch type of 'changed' and a notify filter of 'Last Write' the subsequent copy file task executes 3 times when the file is changed. It also generates 3 emails via notification.

Change to default settings. "Changed" means multiple changes to a file (the minor details of a file change) - I see no reason for using this setting right now.
