Hi

I have had a number of issues logging in to the Forum today. Very occasionaly it will allow me to login, but more often than not it displays an error telling me I couldn't login due to a problem and to inform the Forum administrator.

Any ideas?

Hi Andy,

we are investigating the issue. We wonder what starts the issue. Do you normally logout or do something special online? We believe that some kind of action resets the role membership (not sure which yet).

Hi Henrik

The only thing I can think of is that I am possibly logged in to the forum multiple times from different platforms (Office computer, Laptop, Ipad etc).
