Dear vcron support,

We are using vcron 5.7.5 long time.
Recently we created a sftp download job, the job was complete successfully but no file got.
However, the same connection for sftp upload, it did work. files can upload to server.

The same behavior can re-produce in development environment too.

Our vcron installed in win2008R2. The sftp server is a windows 2003 with a sftp server.

Pls help.

I would advise looking at the log for error. If no error is found maybe wrong path or file mask is used.

I had check the sftp server log.
The ftp server did receive the user login and try to "listing" the directory.
But did not receive any "get" or "transfer" log.

However, If I create the upload job, I did see the uploading and transfer completed.

When I use any other ftp client connect to sftp server, no problem.

You are talking about other FTP client and connecting - but I do not think that matters because both VisualCron and your client can connect. That is why I mentioned the filter as that cannot even be tested with external client.
