i have bug, i explain

Firtly :
Step 1 = I send file by ftp
Step 2 = After upload success I delete file in folder source
= All is ok

Secondly :
i replace function upload file to ftp account by upload to amazon S3
Step 1 = I send file to amazon s3
Step 2 = After upload to amazon success I delete file in folder source
= always problem , client tell me file is deleted but file is not deleted !!
And file is impossible to delete manually because it is already use by visaulcron

I think the are bug ?
