I'm seeing errors on our production server, we install VC version 5.3.1 on windows 2008

the server is running the jobs but outside client connections cannot connect to it, looking at the server logs(server_startup.txt) I see many messages:

Could not start socket server, please shut down all processes previously started by VisualCron, error details: Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

I would stop the service and kill all processes that the server may have started (from Tasks). Then start the service again and connect.
