I would like to have a trigger to monitor VisualCrons File triggers.

I have a file trigger on a job that sometimes is disabled due to the many file changes at one. I want to be alerted if this happens with the use of a event trigger.

We have been thinking about this - generally. To be able to listen to changes, errors etc within VisualCron. It would be great to know what type of changes, events, errors you would like to subscribe to.
