We've installed on various machines without any issue - ran into the first instance where installation wasn't able to complete. The user receives a message about "object already exists."

We've rebooted and even tried an older version of the installer with no success. Any advice?

Not heard of that but you could install the silent installation package and use:

msiexec VisualCron.msi

Then add, to arguments that it should log to a file with verbose. Then maybe, you can tell from the log what the problem is.

Are you meaning arguments for the msiexec?

Something like this?

msiexec VisualCron.msi /L*v MyLog.txt
