In the job (main settings tab) there is a text area for a description. This is however one line.
I want to have a bigger text area with a few lines. You might want to add scroll bars to it.

I've also put a request in for a Notes field to be added, perhaps on a seperate tab.

These two request could easily be merged to one field, I guess.
