Hi all,
As you all can see the website has changed, even the Visualcron logo. Also the new beta 7.5.0 has implemented the new logo.

Take a moment and share your thoughts, thank you!

Regards,
Erik

Thanks Erik! We are still experimenting with various design issues. Let me know if you encounter any problems.

Currently we have some issues with:
- showing smileys when creating a post
- the web address in the New topic notification email
- "Thank" on forum posts

Hi Henrik,

I see indeed that the smileys aren't loading when I create / reply on a message.
What I like is the new font. Nice 'W'

I have a problem though and that is that the overal look and feel is to 'flets' as we Dutch people say. I think the good translation is 'contrast'.
On my monitor I have problems to see the difference between the white and the grey colors. I all looks too white for me. The text i type is also not showing the way I would expect. This might be because of the rendering of the font, or it's too small.? Something to look at maybe.

Regards,
Erik

My initial post I made still remains true, i didn't realize it was the difference between IE and Chrome. In IE everything is layed out like i expect, in Chrome, everything is 'Centered'. Screenshots of how Chrome looks are attached.

I don't know if this is something to do with our internet filtering stuff at work and chrome or if anyone using Chrome experiences it. But i'd love to confirm that with someone. I haven't tried chrome outside of work for this website.

I tested Chrome and did not see anything centered. Have you tried to force reload of the page - maybe some old css? I am using Chrome Version 37.0.2062.124

I'll have to agree with you. Even after clearing my browser history 'to the beginning of time' in Chrome, it was still a problem. However, we use a pair of appliances to filter internet content and block sites based on content... one of the many other features (annoyances haha) is a caching of web content and me forcing a reload of the page in the browser must have finally updated that cache. it's now fine.

Font should be changed now so it is easier to read. Especially in the forum. Thanks.

I do not like the light blue font at all. It is hard to read.
