We are creating several jobs that our operators will start. It would be nice if they can select the jobs and then right-click and choose a "Run Selected Jobs" button.

Or can I create one job that will run other jobs concurrently?

Use CTRL+mouse click or SHIFT+mouse click and right click and select "Run selected Jobs".
