Hi!
How can i build and use a task for several jobs? We cant use notifications for this, because notifications are not immediately visible in the overview of the groups/jobs.

Hi,
It depends on what kind of Tasks you need. If it is Email, it would be better to use Notification + Flow. Otherwise, you could clone the Task.

Hi!
Yeah if we need E-Mail we use the Notifications. The problm is: If we clone tasks we have too many tasks for the same procedure. AND we would have duplicate administrative works.
We need it like the conditions. There u can create one condition and assign it to more than one task. Hope it became more clear now.

You can create one Job and Task. Then use the Job/Task control Task to run this Task again and again in different Jobs.
