I am currently evaluating the product and would greatly appreciate any help given.

I have a FTP download task that connects to an FTP server and downloads a file. This should be straightforward. However, the task oddly removes the source file from the FTP server. Even though, I have the option "Delete source file after copy" unchecked.

I have checked with Filezilla and another FTP client, and they do not remove the file. What would cause the files to be removed in VisualCron?

Looks like the FTP site is configured to delete files when they are downloaded. It actually does happen in FileZilla also.
