I cant do anything with the program due to the following issue: Connection failed to localhost. what do i do to fix this?

Can you give us more information about this?

1. has it worked before?
2. since when / did you do anything special before it stopped working?
3. can you edit the connection and uncheck "Is local" and try to connect
4. please attach file server_startup.txt from the log folder of installation folder
