Is there an easy way to "copy or duplicate" a Job from one server to another. I have 5 that sometimes need the same job, and it's pain setting them all up and also it lends to inconsistencies if I have to make changes.

One way is dragn' drop. At the current state it does not copy sub objects. What you can do is to export the settings you want (Jobs, Credentials) and do and Update existing objects in the Import dialog of the other Server.
