Is there a way to create a task in VisualCron that will automatically download the latest version of VisualCron?
The idea behind this is to automatically download the executable and inform the Admins that there is a new version of VisualCron ready to be installed on all servers.

In theory yes. It would first involve some work indentifying if there is a newer version etc. I think you need to create some kind of script for that.
