Hi,

Our visual cron clients can not connect to the visual cron server. Sometimes connection happens with no problem, sometimes suddenly connection fails and can't connect to it anymore until restarting the server machine. What to do for it? What is the cause of the issue? How to solve it?

It depends on the error. You should try to connect locally on the Server first to see if that works to see it is not just a remote issue.

Hi There Dear Support,

Here is the fresh screenshot belongs to the error that i got now. I try to re-connect to the server but can not connect. Then, i entered the server and connected VC server locally. It happened successfuly but i couldn't connect from my pc to vc server. I restarted the VC service but nothing happened. Unfortunately, i had to restart the server pc. And, i have been living the same issue many times in a day. How can we detect the cause of problem? Do i have to solve this issue by restarting the computer evertime? Ain't there any solution to solve it?

FIrst you should try to telnet to that server and port like:

telnet yourvisualcronserver 16444

What happens then?

When i try to connect to the server via telnet in console like " telnet servername 16444 " my console gets stuck in blackscreen and doesn't response during the absence of the connection. I attached the image belongs to my console screen shot when i try to connect.

I suggest you try to Connect again with Client and then after failing please send us the time and the log file from server log_DATE.txt to support@visualcron.com
