I want to execute a .bat file with a specific user account. This user account has no a local profile. It is set up just to run services.
The credential of the service user account is set up as follows:
- Local login: unchecked
- Load user profile: unchecked

Unwanted behavior: The process starts with the LOCALSYSTEM account and not with the service account. Our IT department is adamant that all processes are carried out from the service account (and not from the local system account).

How can I start a process which is run by the service account?

Can you show screenshots of how you've set up the execute task please? Foreground/background execution context? You can mail us at support@visualcron.com and we will take it from there (and i'll update this post with the end result later for future references)

Tretop's IT department is configuring permissions and will test once the permissions are set. Closed for now - if any issues occur once permissions has been set, we will re-open and troubleshoot
